Men's Shed is a project for men aged 50+ to share skills, socialise and connect with their wider community. The goal is to bring men together to share their skills, have a laugh and a cup of tea while working on practical activities of their choice. It is a place for members to be themselves, work at their own pace, exchange ideas and learn skills from each other, and to support each other and build friendships.

AMH EveryBODY aims to promote greater understanding and awareness of eating disorders. We have adopted a recovery approach to provide help and support to people with eating disorders and also to their friends and family. We also advocate and lobby on their behalf, for specialist services.
