Reflect on and feel deeply…

  1. Reflect on your day and acknowledge a time somebody has helped you. This could be somebody listening to you deeply, giving you a lift, making you a cuppa, being kind, checking in with you….

  2. Reflect on the benefits this brought to your day.

  3. Reflect on the cost to the helper such as money, time, or effort.

  4. Focus on the helper's intentions behind this behaviour. Maybe it is because they care about you, want the best for you or want to support you.
